Shipping & Delivery

Our devoted and professional staff has gone to great lengths to make sure that Tri-State Surgical is synonymous with guaranteed customer satisfaction. To help ensure that, Tri-State Surgical currently operates a fleet of over 40 trucks throughout our three national distribution centers. The hours of operation for our deliveries vary upon warehouse and day, but in many cases our trucks can leave a specific warehouse as early as 6:00 am to ensure prompt and timely delivery. Next and same day deliveries can only be guaranteed on Tri-State Surgical stock items. Most deliveries are made with our own fleet of trucks so we can give our customers' orders the attention they deserve.

All in stock items ship out within 1-3 business days from the date ordered. Based on point of origin, orders will ship from our New York, California or Illinois warehouses and will typically arrive between 1-5 business days depending on your facility location. Some orders ship directly from the manufacturer or may be on backorder. As a result longer lead times with shipments containing these specific orders may occur.
